Buona Apocalisse a tutti!

by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman

About the book

The Antichrist has been born, and the end of the world is scheduled for next Saturday. The demon Crowley and the angel Aziraphale, who have grown comfortable on Earth over six thousand years, would prefer to prevent it. But a mix-up at a hospital sends the Antichrist to the wrong family, and eleven-year-old Adam Young grows up as an ordinary boy. Pratchett and Gaiman bring in the four Horsemen, a witch's prophecies by Agnes Nutter, and a very small witchfinder army.

Suited to anyone who enjoys comic fantasy with a dry, British sense of humor. Readers who like their apocalypse mixed with satire will find plenty of footnote-sized jokes and surprising warmth for the central friendship.
