Further Along the Road Less Traveled: The Unending Journey Toward Spiritual Growth
M. Scott Peck follows up The Road Less Traveled with a collection of essays and talks on spiritual growth, love, discipline, grace and the nature of evil. He returns to ideas such as the importance of facing problems honestly and accepting responsibility, and adds reflections on his own life, his religious conversion, community and mental health. Many chapters are in an interview-like, informal style.
For readers who liked the first book and want more of Peck's thinking. It is a thoughtful, reflective collection that can be read in any order.
Inward-looking and contemplative; a moderate read.
Best for readers like The Empathetic Explorer. Which reader are you?
