Immortal

The Moon Goddess lives in exile for centuries because of one mistake. It shows how some punishments never truly end.

“I would find a way to free her, or I would perish in the attempt.”

Xingyin hides her identity in the Celestial Kingdom to save her mother. It made me realize how much we can endure when family is on the line.

“Love was not a thing to be measured, but to be felt.”

Liwei and Wenzhu illustrate how loyalty can pull you in opposite directions. Choosing between your heart and your duty is never clean.

“Honesty was a luxury I could not afford.”

Winning a contest at the palace means nothing if you lose yourself. Seeing Xingyin navigate those lies felt so lonely.
