The Ghosts of the Titanic: A supernatural horror by Matt Shaw
Insights from The Ghosts of the Titanic: A supernatural horror
Deep water feels like a different dimension where time just stops. Matt's description of the pressure makes the ocean feel like a living predator.
“Money is no good to a dead man.”
Wealth couldn't buy a way out of that freezing water. Seeing the rich characters realize their gold was dead weight felt incredibly heavy.
Some tragedies are so massive they leave a permanent stain on the physical world. The spirits aren't just haunting the ship. They are part of the steel now.
“The darkness was absolute.”
Fear in total darkness is different than fear you can see. The way the characters panic when the lights flicker out made my skin crawl.
