Her friends are tired of the cycle, and Freddy seeks help from a mysterious advice columnist, Seashell, whose answers come in strange forms. As she faces the toxic nature of the relationship, Freddy also deals with her friendship with Doc, who has her own troubles. The graphic novel uses pink-toned art to show the pull of a relationship that hurts.
